Getting Reviews

 

With so many different platforms to receive reviews on now, it is becoming more and more important to make the task of rating you or your office as simple as possible for the client.

 

 

Here are a list of online places you can promote the above images to assist in getting reviews.

 

• Email Signature

• In a specific review email to your client (Settlement Email, Tenancy Email)

• Social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc)

• Your website

• Your profile on 'Meet the Team' page

 

Remember to hyperlink the image to the reviewing platform you are hoping to get more reviews on.

 

You can easily generate a Google review link that will then take your client to a page where a review form will pop up automatically. Click Here to try your office!

 

If hyperlinking to Facebook, REIWA etc, ensure you take your client to the REVIEW page so they dont need to go searching for it.

 

REMEMBER: It is always a good idea to respond to the reviews you receive. It shows that you value and appreciate the feedback from your clients.
