HARCOURTS EVENTS & FOUNDATION

Adrienne's role, Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer of Harcourts WA Paul Blakely includes organising all events and award nights. She very much enjoys organising events, whether it be a high achievers lunch for twenty people or the Annual Awards ball for 450 people. Adrienne believes that a unique aspect of the Harcourts culture is the focus on awards and recognition. At these events, people new to the real-estate sector who have experienced success are recognised alongside the top ten sales people. These proceedings provide an invaluable opportunity for people with differing levels of experience to spend quality time networking and to receive mentoring from elders of the industry.
Adrienne is also the Harcourts group accountant.

Since its inception in 2008, Adrienne has been the WA Ambassador for the Harcourts Foundation. Through this foundation, Harcourts grants are created, which in turn help charities or communities most in need. Adrienne particularly oversees all received grant applications, liaises with people who donate money to the foundation and liaises with the franchise council to decide who should be granted the funding.  There are 278 Harcourts offices participating in this program by donating a percentage of every property sale. To date, the Harcourts Foundation has raised close to $4 million.
