The long awaited Family Domestic Violence Legislation is now in effect as at Monday 15th April.  Property Managers have been receiving training on this legislation in their Mandatory CPD training over the last 2 years.  Harcourts State Office will also be offering training in this subject. This legislation provides a clear process for a victim or perpetrator of domestic violence and the lessor/property manager.

 

This legislation is about providing options and saving lives.
