Here We Are

Based on the 2016 campaign of the same name, the 2019 Here We Are campaign reinforces the Harcourts values around service excellence, trustworthiness, longevity, local knowledge and community centricity. Like the original, the campaign retains the sentiment that Harcourts are here with something to offer, and reminds the viewer that not all real estate companies are the same.

As the common thread for the year, the Harcourts WA campaign assets should be used as your primary advertising materials, supported by the Social Media Calendar. The campaign is presented in three tiers:

Tier 1:

Primary messaging to be displayed for the duration of the campaign. Designed for wide coverage and immediate brand recognition, for use in offices as well as levy, state-specific activity.


Tier 2:

Supporting local area marketing, these creative options can be used interchangeably, and customised via CampaignTrack to work in seasonal or office-specific messages.

Tier 3:

Designed for offices to share their community engagement and fundraising activities.
